Disclaimer
This work is deeply transformative but is neither therapy nor medical treatment.
Engaging with ancestors can bring up a lot of unprocessed emotions and trauma. Therefore, you are strongly encouraged to have a support system in place (therapist, mentor, etc) before starting ancestral healing.
You remain entirely responsible for your well-being during the session, which includes disclosing any concerns and/or questions you may have before, during or after a session.
